Delivery Times
Your art is created to order and we aim to dispatch your
order within 14 working days once your requirements have
been established.
Your Satisfaction Guaranteed
We are sure that you will be delighted with your art, but please
do make sure that you are completely happy with your choice
of art before placing your order. Each piece of art is created to order, so whilst we ARE ABLE to offer a credit note (excluding VAT and delivery), if you advise us immediately upon delivery if you are unhappy with your choice, we are unable to refund
art.
Cancellation of Order
If
you should wish to cancel your order, please do so within
24 hours of order placement, after this time your art will
be 'in production' and art costs will already have been
incurred, which you will be liable for.
Delivery
Delivery
will be made within 14 working days of your order placement.
Dispatch is made on an overnight courier, if you have specific
delivery requirements, please do let us know. If our couriers
endeavour to make a delivery and there is no-one to receive
your order, then you may be liable for re-delivery costs.
Please do advise us of specific delivery instructions.
Payment
Payment is made at the time of order using debit or credit card.
All payments are fixed.
